Route brings our customers additional services, added at checkout to orders, that increase shipping protection and enhance the existing experience when ordering with us. From advanced tracking, to instant and complete door-to-door protection of your order, Route keeps you engaged and through convenient email notifications as well as their easy-to-use mobile app.
You will find Route services as optional add-ons that can be added or removed on any order from us here at Wheel Haven. They are a great feature to include with any order that is shipped from us to your door!
Our customers are already provided with tracking information when their Wheel Haven order ships out to them with couriers such as UPS, Canpar, FedEx, etc. In addition, adding Route Tracking to an order allows them to benefit from more detailed tracking progress and update notifications. The Route App takes courier tracking details and allows for easy visualize their order progress, and notifies them of status changes or delays that may occur once your items have left our facilities.
Currently, Route tracking provides details on your shipment once it leaves our internal logistics network with a courier. We are working alongside Route to add additional features to this tracking to show the status of internal transfer progress as well!
Route Package Protection
Wheel Haven proudly ships wheels, tires, and accessories to locations across Canada and the US. We want our customers to be confident that their order safely.
Our team does its best to protect all orders as best we can with standard courier insurance coverage as well as reinforced packaging where possible. However, accidents, damage, and/or losses in the hands of couriers can still occur. Regular insurance claims using basic shipping insurance, already included with every order, requires an often-lengthy process, requiring time ranging from 40 to 60 days for a resolution to be reached working with the courier insurance adjusters.
For many time-sensitive orders, these unfortunate delays are often unexpected and can extremely inconvenient. With the speedy resolution timeframe offered by Route Package Protection, replacement items can often be authorized withing a few business days. A great boon to customers with special order items or that just need their order sorted out in a hurry.
With Route Package Protection, your order is covered by Route’s fast and comprehensive coverage for your order from any point once it ships from our facilities until the time it arrives at your door. Claims are fast and easy, using their app. Most customers receive a response from Route’s insurance team withing 24hours and a resolution withing 48hours.
