Flow forming is one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies to enter the wheel industry. Flow Forming Technology involves the application of pressure to the inner barrel of the wheel, while spinning and after it has been casted. This process stretches and compresses the aluminum, which increases tensile strength. In this respect the process shares similar properties to those found in the forging process. The final product is lighter, stronger, has increased elongation, and a much greater shock resistance as well as an increased load capacity over regular cast wheels

Flow Forming Technology has a great number of benefits. Konig has been producing Flow Formed wheels since 2010 and is always improving on the process and efficiency to improve the end product. Below are some visual charts for you to see the drastic benefits as it relates to elongation and tensile strength vs a regular cast wheel. The numbers used are approximate and only for general comparison. These are based off of wheels similar in styling, size, width and other specification. One wheel was a conventional cast constructed wheel and the other is developed using Flow Forming Technology.

What is Elongation?
Elongation is essentially the amount of flex that an object can have before it would reach a breaking point. So you might be asking why would it be more beneficial that a Flow Formed Wheel can flex more before it could ever reach that point? Well, its important when we talk about wheels that everyone should acknowledge that wheels are metal not magic.
While that may be a humorous line its incredibly true. We only build wheels to the highest quality. Konig places every wheel design through a very strict testing standard and build each design to load ratings which are in excess of what is needed for that design’s target vehicles. However, any wheel, regardless of whether it’s an aftermarket wheel or the original factory wheel, has a breaking point. Severe impact and the stress impacts over time can push the metal to a breaking point.
So let’s get back to the benefit that we started talking about earlier. If a wheel safely has the ability to flex more before ever reaching a breaking point that will increase reliability and longevity of a wheel. This is a benefit to racers on the track as well as the road hazards of everyday use on the street.

Considering their price point, these are VERY good. I've only had them on for 2 weeks, so I cannot say about their durability, but their fit is pretty perfect without spacers (I do have centering rings, though). Was very pleased to find that they are much lighter than my OEM wheels, and they look great on the car. Two weeks total to get rims and tires delivered, which is great considering where I live. Fully satisfied with this purchase, for sure.
These wheels are a lot lighter than the stock 19s I had on from Tesla. I hope it improves my range. But even if it doesn't, they still look awesome!
i drive a 35 year old car and it is hard to find tires that still fit the original rims. all of my prior tire-sources dried up and essentially told me to buy a new car. then i stumbled upon wheel haven and not only did they have the tire/size i was looking for, they had multiple options for me to choose from.
further, hours after ordering the tires i had been using, i received a call from them and was told that they would, for a few reasons, recommend i switch to a newer version of the tire. the new tire was more expensive but they said since i already ordered the other set, they would send me the new tires at the cost of the original ones i ordered.
i can count on one hand how many times in the last 20 years, i experienced proactive customer service at this level. i have a new tire-supplier and would recommend you give them a go. absolutely top-flight.
and, it is worth noting that the new tires they recommended and sent are fabulous!
Fitment helper is inaccurate - I can confirm the rims will clear the brake calipers, though there's not a lot of room to spare.
The Mach-E's winter range is notoriously bad, so I wanted to go down to 19" wheels for the winter. The Nokian Happapeliitta R5 EV tires (which I wanted) also only go up to 19", so that was another reason.
The rims look great, and I like having the option of using the aero covers.
This is the second set of snow tires I have purchased for a second car. Last winter they were a great winter/ snow tire in New York /Ct driving conditions
Originally ordered a set of wheels that ended up being unavailable, the staff at Wheel Haven went above and beyond to find an alternative wheel that ended up being the Konig Hypergram, a much better choice for what I wanted them for. Will definitely order from Wheel Haven again.

The KMC Rockstar lll is sick. It looks awesome in my 2022 Rubicon. Just like my Jeep this wheel is very customizable. I am very happy with my purchase but do not but those wheels if it is not from Wheel Haven they were great.

First off they look better in person. Hard to capture them in pictures. They look very dark in low lighting but really pop in the sun. They are an almost perfect fit on my GR86.
Had a bit of a wait to get the wheels but that was due to factors outside of Wheel Havens control. They handled it well and have great customer service.
